Midsem break updates

I got so so much to update..but

i have no time..seriously no time..

such a busy month, midterms,lab reports and assignments

i still got one subject left for my midterm

after this i'll start my assignments marathon..T.T

so here,i'll try to make a summary of the entire month activities..

so, back to my mid sem break

i went to labuan, the duty free heaven

just bought some chocolates and 养命酒 for mom

too bad we din go any nice places due to some transportation problem

so i take it as a relaxing trip, staying a night at the beautiful apartment

the apartment! nice right..the best of the trip..lol

2 days later was our Kundasang one day trip

so much fun we had there!

although its just a one day trip but it's more worthy than the labuan trip

we enjoyed the greenery on the way up to Kundasang,

get so excited when we saw the Kinabalu mountain peak! haha

we went to the Upside down house, Kinabalu Park, War Memorial,etc

for me, the nicest place in Kundasang would be the Cow Farm!

It's my first time seeing black and white cow! haha

just like my cute pillow cow..moo~

the scenery there was awesome, so in love with the cooling breeze

and of course we drank their fresh milk..the milk is after process one la..lol

overall, the trip was fun! 

definitely there will be another trip to Kundasang again!

 So my whole midsem break ended like this..just trips

my assignments, midterm..no progress

DIE HARD...feels so guilty after that..>.<

luckily, the disaster week almost comes to an end..

i can say my midterms was not that good, it's my own fault i know..

hm, i can't wait to go home already..seriously miss home..

No Fun

Still remember 3 weeks ago i posted about how i enjoy my uni life, here.

And now, this moment..im no longer enjoying it..

My uni life sucks when the labS start..its like a nightmare for me

Imagine last sem i spent most of my time hibernating in room

Most of my classes end at 1p.m and i have a free day on Friday!

*missing those time =(

But this sem..4 labs! each lab takes around 3hrs..my whole noon gone!

from 6a.m to 6p.m...O.o

no more free day...

and and and..i got 5 school subjects in total, and that means..

i gotta wake up at 6 everyday~ =O

hey so what's the difference of going school and uni?

it's even worst though..i need to que for bus..duh

Queing become part of my life here..

and now lab reports also part of my life ..and i hate it!

The labs are okay but reports..no fun, seriously

so, while im emo-ing and browsing through the blogs

saw something and cheer me up!

i found there's a dessert shop selling Taro balls dessert! Here at sabah..zomg

the shop name ZenQ

wao..can't wait to try it~ **hungry

yeah, having a one-day-explore-kk day next fri!

Feeling Sick

Just another random post updating about myself

Feeling sick for the whole week d..duh~

so, my 2012 started quite badly...

I have fall sick twice within this 3 months! bad~

It's my first time falling sick here..at ums

yeah, and its torturing..

feeling sick but still need to wake up at 6a.m everyday for class!
Argh...

 

But no worry, feeling better d..

my roommate seems more serious than me..

both of us cough cough cough & cough in the room...>.<

VIRUS spreading everywhere in the room..lol..pity the other 2

Today started my first lab--sensory evaluation

woah, it took us 2hrs30mins and its so so tiring

although what we did was just tasting, tasting & tasting

feeling geli tasting all those weird drinks..

bitter, sour, sweet, salty and whatever taste it is

i don't even know how umami taste tastes..zzz

weird thing is, foods taste so nice with MSG

BUT when you taste the MSG solution alone--sucks!

don believe me? try it yourself..

It's TVB drama fever again and the most recent top hit goes to...

yeah, its on call 36 hours!

we all were so into it recently
talking about it with friends day and night..haha

We are nature lover---Exploring Manukan Island

As you all see..so far im enjoying my uni life

before the tonnes of assignments and lab works start

i'm trying to enjoy as much as i can..

i went for shopping, movies and even a one day trip to Pulau Manukan!

Sabah is a nice place i can say if you are a nature lover

i promise myself to explore the nature of sabah within my 4 years here

Pulau Manukan is the first island i visit in sabah

and thanks god..it doesn't disappoint me at all..it's such a beautiful island!

To get there it's easy..you just need to take the city bus to the Jesselton Point

From Jesselton, take a speed boat ride to the island..as easy as that

two ways just cost us rm13! that is the price we got after bargaining for some time

haha..girls huh~ 

the entrance fee to the island is rm3 per person..

the total island trip actually just cost us around rm20+..affordable right?

Finally we reached the heaven..see the blue blue sea..aww~

 owh, look at the sea water..=O as clear as the mineral water!

i didn't bluff you right..it's really crystal clear you know..=O

 at first we thought of not going into the water but we just can't resist the cooling sea water! so..you jump i jump~

 actually kei was trying to take a picture of the unique resort but i bomb it..haha

here comes the food part again..haha..we love food..muah

 had a nice dinner at upperstar, suria sabah, see their deco..so unique!

this is a must-try grilled chicken which cost only rm13+, the meat is so juicy! the best i've ever taste so far..yum~

 Kei's fish and chips..the serving size is BIG! cost around rm13..yummy too

 dino's cabonara spaghetti, she said it's taste is just okay..too milky for her liking..just cost around rm8

It's a wonderful one day trip..had so much fun that day..my next destination will be Gaya Island, Memutik Island, Kundasang and etc etc etc..

i wish i have enough time for all this
